We have always wanted to run our own butchery and when the opportunity presented itself, we jumped at it.  The need to know where our meat comes from and how it is handled and prepared is paramount to our vision.

We offer a wide variety of pre-packed options however if you have more specific requirements, our butchery staff will gladly assist you by cutting and preparing your choice of meat as you desire.
